Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,446 per week

Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic setting, requiring a minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience and an active AZ license prior to start.

Requirements

• Active Arizona PT license required prior to start; license must be in good standing (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient PT setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with orthopedic and neurologic patient populations preferred
• Ability to perform functional capacity evaluations, work hardening evaluations, ergonomic evaluations, and post-offer employment testing (e.g., WorkSTEPS or APET)
• Familiarity with workers' compensation and ACOMP systems a plus
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with physicians, case managers, and referring providers
• Two professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
