About the role

Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) located in Rolla, Missouri. This role involves evaluating posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and independence. The Physical Therapist will lead and direct the delivery of outpatient physical therapy services in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies, ensuring comprehensive and quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to create individualized treatment plans.
• Lead and direct the delivery of outpatient physical therapy services in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license in the therapy discipline in the state of Missouri.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations, procedures, laws, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• At least one year of physical therapy experience in a similar setting.
• No on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of physical therapy experience.
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience.
