Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,440 per week

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Cheraw, South Carolina. This position offers 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$2,403.28 - $2,477.61 per week.

- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 5x8 (up to 40 hours per week)
