Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and modify treatment plans
- Ensure documentation compliance
- Participate in student programs and ongoing professional development
- Maintain licensure and participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Adhere to safety protocols, including safe patient handling and infectious disease prevention
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification

- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Demonstrated competency in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
- Adherence to state practice acts and organizational policies
