Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient Columbus, Ohio. This outpatient therapy position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education to promote effective recovery and return to community activities. Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school;
at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience;
CPR certification;
active and applicable license for the state of Ohio;
ability to complete all continuing education requirements;
adherence to state practice acts and professional standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with outpatient therapy;
successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization preferred.

Completes accurate and timely documentation, participates in student supervision, and pursues ongoing professional development.
