• Evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatient patients
• Ensuring effective return to community activities
• Educating patients, families, and coworkers
• Adhering to organizational standards and promoting safety
• Completing comprehensive patient evaluations
• Documenting medical records accurately
• Participating in student programs
• Maintaining professional licensure
• Emphasizing safety, quality improvement, and ongoing professional development
• Creating individualized development plans (when applicable)
• Providing supervision for students

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
• CPR Certification
• Active applicable state license
• Availability for day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
