Travel Physical Therapist Outpatient - $2,270 per week

About the role

Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position providing outpatient physical therapy services to patients with various medical conditions, including total joint replacements, stroke, deconditioning, pneumonia, and balance difficulties. Work primarily in a skilled nursing facility with potential to float to an inpatient acute care hospital within the same parking lot.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and perform transfers
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
• Provide compassionate patient care for diverse medical conditions including geriatrics, ortho, neuro, and chronic conditions
• Chart using Cerner

Requirements

• CA PT license
• BLS (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Copy of driver's license required at submission to validate legal name
• Must not have been directly employed by related facility organizations within the past year (full time, part-time, or PRN), unless employed through outside agencies

Schedule

• 8-hour days
• Two weekend shifts per month
• First to float to other units as needed
