Travel Physical Therapist position in Clinton, Arizona, providing outpatient physical therapy services focused on general orthopedic and balance-focused patient populations. The role includes conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing a variety of clinical cases in a community outpatient setting.

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Ideally 5×8-hour shifts; 4×10-hour shifts may be considered
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
• Assignment duration: 13 weeks (08/31/2026–11/30/2026)

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Manage a patient load averaging 50 visits per week
• Documentation through NextGen electronic health record system

Requirements

• Valid licensure for physical therapy practice
• 1+ year of relevant outpatient clinical experience
• Outpatient experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with total joint replacement and post-operative care
• Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
