Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $2,210 per week

About the Role

Physical Therapist (PT) position in outpatient clinics located in Avondale, Arizona. This role involves providing outpatient musculoskeletal therapy, post-operative care, and vestibular treatment with a focus on diverse patient populations. The position offers a consistent schedule across two clinics, with an emphasis on patient-centered care supported by advanced AI documentation technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient musculoskeletal therapy, post-operative care, and vestibular treatment.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 visits per week (about 10-12 patients daily).
• Conduct 1-hour evaluations for patients.
• Utilize NextGen documentation system for clinical records.
• Work with a diverse patient population including outpatient musculoskeletal, low back pain, post-operative, geriatric, vestibular, and deconditioned patients (excluding children ages 0-6).

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates are not accepted.
• Dry Needling certification is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Shift: Days, within clinic hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Start Date: 08/17/2026.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Coverage split between two clinics with a consistent location and schedule.
• No floating required; consistent assignment between two clinics.
