About the role
A Physical Therapist Outpatient position is available in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to facilitate effective return to community activities. The therapist will provide patient education and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality outpatient care.
Schedule
- Days shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Document medical records accurately and timely
- Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders
- Participate in student supervision and professional development activities
- Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with safety, quality improvement, and organizational core values
- Float rotation may be required
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
- CPR certification
