Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

- Participate in student programs and pursue ongoing professional development
- Adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards to ensure quality care and safety
- Float rotation may be required
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- 0+ years of Outpatient Clinical Experience
- CPR Certification
- Active applicable license for Ohio
- Successful completion of an assignment with your agency or with the organization (highly desired)
Schedule
- Day shift, 8 hours per day
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 13-week duration, starting 08/10/2026
