Responsibilities
- Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction.
- Provides discipline-specific therapy services and supports functional return to community activities.
- Educates patients and families.
- Completes accurate and timely medical record documentation.
- Follows applicable professional standards, state practice requirements, safety procedures, and patient care guidelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Active and applicable state license for the location where services are provided.
Schedule
Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. Assignment duration: 13 weeks, beginning 11/09/2026.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
