Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $1,816 per week

Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Conyers, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Georgia.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in acute care settings preferred.

Pay
