Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient - $1,786 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Florida to work in an Outpatient setting in Sebastian, Florida. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of Florida or in the process of obtaining licensure.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 08/24/2026.
• 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts.
