About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Maysville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Work in a 100-bed, acute care, Joint Commission accredited facility in Maysville, KY
- Primary focus on outpatient orthopedic cases, including joint replacements, back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain
- Strict 1:1 patient ratio
- Days shift, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday
- Weekend call required on a 1:4 rotation
- No float requirements
Requirements
- MSPT or DPT required
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Strong outpatient orthopedic experience required, including back, neck, and shoulder conditions and joint replacements
- Somewhat experience with general medical inpatients and joint surgeries preferred
- AHA certifications required
- SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Licenses required if applicable
Qualifications
Open to candidates living more than 60 miles from the facility.
Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible.
Candidates who are employed full time elsewhere are not eligible.
