The position involves providing physical therapy services to patients at Meadowview Regional Medical Center in Maysville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment and medical diagnosis.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current State Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
- 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist.
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
