About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in Flora, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift schedule
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
