Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, at a client facility in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities and skilled nursing facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Arizona.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Experience working in long-term care and/or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited.

Pay

The pay package is based on 7-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company. Additional benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance are in addition to the weekly pay.
