Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in West Branch, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Michigan
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Passionate about providing high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current physical therapy license in Michigan
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• Strong clinical skills

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
