Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $2,070 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026, in Lakewood, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification

• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
