Travel Physical Therapist – Long Term Care/SNF - $1,940 per week

About the role

The client in Liberal, Kansas is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position at a Long Term Care facility. The position requires 40 hours per week and works 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or related field
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
