Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join their travel team in a SNF UNIT setting in Saint Louis, MO. This is a full-time travel contract position.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Active MO. SNF UNIT license.
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience.
