Travel Long Term Care Physical Therapist - $484 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in long-term care settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Skills

• Skilled in assessing and treating patients with chronic conditions.
• Experience with mobility aids and assistive devices.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.

Pay

The pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 8.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
