Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,421 per week

The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a position in Ada, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a SNF setting preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay
