American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with LTC or SNF experience for a 13-week travel contract at a skilled nursing facility in Purcell, OK.
Assignment Overview
Shift: Days, 5x8hrs
Hours: 40 hrs/wk
Start Date: Aug 3, 2026
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma PT license required; license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience required; new graduates with Level II clinical experience will be considered
- LTC or SNF setting experience required
- 1 professional reference required for consideration
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
About the Role
Shift: Days, 8 hours/day
Duration: 13 weeks
Skills
Screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders, including wound care, therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, modalities, and use of assistive/supportive devices
Documenting treatment progress, minutes, and discharge summaries in the electronic documentation system per regulatory and clinical requirements
Participating in patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation team meetings
Supervising physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students
Qualifications
