Travel Physical Therapist, Long Term Care - $2,210 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress regularly to adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.

Schedule

The shift is 12 hours per day, 5 days a week.
