Travel Physical Therapist - Long Term Care - $2,340 per week

GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a position in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.

Requirements

• BLS, AHA preferred
• Current, valid certifications
• Currently listed registry in state of practice
• Minimum 1-2 years of direct care experience
