About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Rolla, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care Physical Therapy.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
- Passing scores on relevant state and national licensing exams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience with long-term care populations and conditions.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Gross weekly pay: $2334.95
Schedule
