Travel Physical Therapist, Long Term Care - $2,309 per week

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patients' functional abilities and modify treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and progress in accordance with facility policies.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Care settings.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems.
