Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services using HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis charting systems.
Requirements
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis charting systems preferred.
Pay
$2,347 to $2,550 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.
Schedule
13-week assignment with 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30). Start date: 09/07/2026.
