$2,268 to $2,460 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (08:00 – 18:30)
• Start date: October 5, 2026

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services using the Epic charting system
