• Provide therapy/rehabilitation services under the direction of a licensed physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress in the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
