About the role
SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13 week contract in Russellville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in home health settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- At least 1 year full-time PTA Home Health experience within the last 2 years.
Qualifications
Must have current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
