Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (08:00 – 16:30)

• Acute care
• Adaptive equipment and assessment (adult)
• Amputee rehabilitation
• Arthritis management
• Patient assessment and evaluation
• Below knee prosthetics
• Discharge planning and pre-discharge planning
• Hip fracture and total hip replacement rehabilitation
• Home exercise program development
• Knee injuries and total knee replacement rehabilitation
• Lifting and transfer techniques
• CVA (stroke) rehabilitation
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s care
• Multiple sclerosis management
• Nerve injury rehabilitation
• Other progressive neurological disorders
• Parkinson’s disease management
• Patient and family education
• Plan of care development and reassessments
• Tendon repair rehabilitation
• Safety and injury prevention
• Soft tissue injuries management
• Spinal cord injury rehabilitation
• Telephone follow-ups

Requirements

• New graduates welcome to apply
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NBCOT certification
• Charting experience with Meditech
