Department description

The Rehabilitation teams focus on evaluating and treating patients with injuries or conditions resulting in a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team provides assessments and treatments for patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations related to neuro/musculoskeletal issues, facilitating recovery and improved quality of life. Services include sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance therapy, and spinal therapy.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is required
• Ability to travel to multiple points of care is necessary
• Minimum of 1 year experience is required
• BLS/BCLS certification is mandatory

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, days (0700 - 1930)
• Every weekend required
• Holiday coverage is required
• Start date: ASAP
