Travel Physical Therapist supporting inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in a rural community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions
- Coordinate discharge plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Flexibly transition between hospital inpatient settings and outpatient clinics, managing diverse caseloads including orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care with manageable patient ratios
- Manage patient care across settings
- Perform evaluations
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver interventions
- Support patient recovery and independence
- Maintain open communication with team members
- Adapt to changing clinical needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed PT with at least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience, preferably with a compact license
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt to varied clinical environments
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to patient-centered care are essential
