Travel Physical Therapist providing inpatient rehabilitation services in Eau Claire, WI.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and trauma
- Focus on maximizing functional independence and ensuring safe discharge goals
- Provide comprehensive therapy
- Perform assessments
- Develop treatment strategies
- Work within a team to deliver quality rehabilitation services
Qualifications & Skills
- Wisconsin PT licensure or eligibility
- Minimum 1 year inpatient rehab or acute care experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Previous inpatient rehab experience preferred
