Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) conducts patient assessments to determine rehabilitation needs, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and provides skilled interventions in accordance with physician orders. They evaluate patient progress, modify care plans as needed, document patient conditions, and educate patients and families on therapy methods. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals is essential.

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patient goals

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, pass the NPTE, hold or be in the process of obtaining a current state license, and have at least one year of experience. Current CPR certification is required.
