Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation - $2,333 per week

About the role

Community Rehabilitation Hospital South is a state-of-the-art, 44-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients in an inpatient setting
• Development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans
• Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
• At least one year of inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Experience working in an acute care setting
• Preferred experience in an IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.
