Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient - $3,800 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Quincy, California. The position involves working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, primarily in inpatient, swing bed/skilled nursing, and possibly covering at the hospital as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current California Physical Therapy License.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA.
• Past completion of the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• Compliance with state regulatory requirements.
• One (1+) year of experience in acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in California.
• Must have a valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Must have passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).
• Must be compliant with state regulatory requirements.
• Must have one (1+) year of experience in acute, swing bed/skilled nursing, and/or outpatient settings.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
