Schedule

• Day shifts, 8 hours per day
• 40 hours per week
• Float rotation may be required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide therapy interventions
• Document patient progress in accordance with facility policies
• Adhere to safety protocols and patient-centered care standards

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Associate degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• Current state licensure or registration
• Minimum of 0 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records
• Knowledge of inpatient therapy protocols
