Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services in various care settings.
• Deliver rehabilitation services across acute inpatient, acute rehab, skilled, and outpatient environments.

Requirements

• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Preferred experience in outpatient, acute inpatient, skilled, and swing bed inpatient settings.
• Familiarity with MatrixCare/MatrixBSN charting system.

Schedule

• 8‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Minimum 40 hours per week.
• Day shift.
