Physical Therapist Inpatient position in the acute rehab unit. This role involves establishing and implementing patient care plans, particularly for adult patients with diagnoses such as stroke, amputations, mild brain injury, debility, and fracture care. The assignment begins on 09/01/2026 and concludes on 11/30/2026.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement patient care plans for adult patients with diagnoses including stroke, amputations, mild brain injury, debility, and fracture care
• Work in an acute rehab unit with equipment such as ceiling walking track, smart fit, hi-lo, bariatric bars
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system
• Perform GG scoring

Requirements

• PT licensure in the state
• At least 2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Competency in acute rehab and GG scoring

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience with stroke, amputations, mild brain injury, debility, and fracture care

Schedule

• Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum of 40 hours per week

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
