Travel Physical Therapist - Inpatient - $1,310 per week

Physical Therapist (Inpatient) located in St. Petersburg, FL. This position offers an opportunity to work at a long-term acute care hospital within a facility that includes both acute rehabilitation and long-term care services. The role involves providing inpatient physical therapy services to adult patients in a collaborative setting. The assignment is for a 13-week travel contract starting 11/09/2026, at a 60‑bed LTACH facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient physical therapy to adult patients
• Document patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Use the Protouch electronic medical record system
• Adhere to navy‑blue scrub/dress code
• Utilize employee parking

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Located in Saint Petersburg, FL (or willing to relocate)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8‑hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.
