Responsibilities

- May require float rotation

- Ensure effective communication within healthcare teams
Qualifications
- BS in Physical Therapy
- Valid licensure in Vermont and New Hampshire or unencumbered compact license
- Minimum of one year of home healthcare experience
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills
