About the role

A Travel Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing and treating patients requiring rehabilitation services, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on physician orders
• Evaluate patient needs
• Modify treatment plans
• Document patient progress
• Educate patients and families about therapy methods
• Establish realistic goals
• Ensure proper documentation of patient conditions

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
• Graduated from an accredited institution
• At least one year of experience
• Hold or be in the process of obtaining a valid state license
• CPR certification required
