We are seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist with experience in Home Health and Hospice to provide therapy services in Newton, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered physical therapy
- Assess patient needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure quality care in a home health setting
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license (Massachusetts or compact eligibility)
- At least two years of recent Home Health/Hospice experience
- Current BLS certification

- Provide 8-hour day shifts
