Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,921 per week

About the role

Pioneer Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Wyoming
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
