Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is seeking an experienced travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract starting 10/18/2026 in Newton Center, Massachusetts. The position is full‑time travel (40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts) with the possibility of 8‑10 hour shifts, 4‑5 days a week. Prime’s team provides 24/7 support throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses in a home health setting.

Requirements

• One year of recent experience in Home Health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA preferred)
• Active state license
• Supervisory professional references
• Successful drug screen and background check
