Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition.
- Document all patient interactions and progress in the electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
- Must be available for a 13-week assignment starting September 27, 2026.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
Shift: 5 x 8-hour days
